No Refund Policy

Maria-Goretti Hostel Enterprise operates a strict no-refund policy. Once payment has been made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Credit for Future Use

While we do not offer refunds, your payment can be used for future bookings at Maria-Goretti Hostel. To utilise this option:

  1. Retain your original payment receipt
  2. Provide early notice when you wish to reserve a space
  3. Present your receipt at the time of booking

Important Notes

  • All future bookings using existing credits must be made with advance notice
  • Space availability is subject to reservation
  • Original receipt must be presented to validate your credit
  • Credits do not expire but are non-transferable
